Last night at Sound of Summer, held at the iconic House of Blues Chicago and emceed by Scotty K OnAir, we not only rocked out with amazing and talented artists (Kid Quill, Nico Segal, OSTON, Natalie Jane, Capital Soirée) but were able to collect 750 pounds of non-perishable food items to donate to Care for Real!
HUGE shout out and major thanks to Jeff Becker, Emily Flores, Natalie Dombrowski, and all the folks at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP for hosting an in-office food drive to contribute to the donations as well as putting on this stellar event that featured Musically Fed! We are more than grateful!
And we cannot forget our wonderful volunteers, Larry Nutter and John Hozack, who helped our fearless leader, Maria Brunner, run the display table and collect the donated items - you are all rockstars!
